search for different jars, vessels, glasses, pots,
shapes with one opening that you can place around your ear,
they are now your resonators,
search for a place with a lot of sound,
a cafe, a waterfall, the beach, a windy day,
or a place where someone is constantly ticking on a table
press one of your resonators around your right ear
press the other resonator around your left ear
listen to the noise of your body and the surroundings
for a while
start opening your right resonator
slowly
until it’s not touching your head
listen to the resonance
stay there for some time
start opening your left resonator
slowly
until it’s not touching your head
listen to the resonance
stay there for some time
move the right resonator slowly away from your ear
move the left resonator slowly away from your ear
listen
Also, possible to do this invitation at home playing white noise26 with for example this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMfPqeZjc2c
