thesis : sound waves : invitation

Position one speaker in a room
Play a low tone sine wave
Walk in space (coordinates: x, y)
Move up and down (coordinate: z)
Listen while moving in space

Stop the sound.
Play a tone with double frequency of the previous sine wave
Walk in space (coordinates: x, y)
Move up and down (coordinate: z)
Listen while moving in space

Repeat last paragraph as often as you want

To produce a sine wave, you can use this online tone generator, super collider (see code bellow) or another program.

//constant sine wave of 100Hz, 0.3 amplitude
{SinOsc.ar(100)*0.3}.play(outbus:0)

//stop the sound
//constant sine wave of 200Hz, 0.3 amplitude
{SinOsc.ar(200)*0.3}.play(outbus:0)

//stop the sound
//constant sine wave of 400Hz, 0.3 amplitude
{SinOsc.ar(400)*0.3}.play(outbus:0)

//stop the sound
//constant sine wave of 800Hz, 0.3 amplitude
{SinOsc.ar(800)*0.3}.play(outbus:0)

//stop the sound
//etc.
